Many of the items sold on our site, including artwork, model trains, and other collectibles, are used or handcrafted and may display natural imperfections or signs of wear. These characteristics are part of their charm and will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.
Please note that all customized products, including artwork and hand-painted model trains, are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged beyond the expected imperfections, you may request a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 2 business days of receiving the item. To initiate the process, please use the “Contact Me” link on our website. We ask that you provide clear photos of the damage to assist in assessing your request. We will ask for photos of the damaged product or that the product be returned before issuing a refund.
